A full Biltong Box in all its glory

Some action shots of the Biltong Box in full swing, finally managed to actually fill it once. Took a total of 40 lbs of meat to do the job.

    When marinating the biltong for 12 hours, should you turn it over half way through the process. And do you just turn the container over.

      Hi, if the container is water tight you can simply flip it over.
